Processing time
The time it takes to prepare an order for shipping varies from product to products.

Europe: 5-8 business days
USA: 7-15 business days
Rest of the world: 7-15 business days

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Standard Delivery or other UK delivery service in order to keep customer shipping costs low.

Jazzieo Textile cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit.

Returns and exchanges
Please. 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective: bespoke or personalised orders, intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons) and items on sale.

Due to the nature of our handmade business all sales are final. 

For this reasons, we make sure that our products doesn't leave our studio unless we are happy with the final result.

 


Conditions of return
For international orders, Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

We recommend that you use recorded delivery for your own protection. 

Jazzieo Textile cannot accept responsibility for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. 

If items are not returned in original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Cancellations
Due to handmade nature of our business, Jazzieo Textile does not accept cancellations. 

But please contact us if you have any problems with your order before you receive your "shipped" notification email.


Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. 

Jazzieo Textile is also not responsible if any unfortunate delays that may occur due to customs.

Customer details are processed in accordance with local law and Jazzieo Textile Design will never sell them on to third parties.


Confidential information such as your address and credit card details will only be used to fulfil your order. 

Your card details are verified automatically online by Paypal Payments.
