Depending on your hair texture, you can use 2-3 time a week or as you need, simply massaging into your scalp, concentrating on your roots or where it's needed. This oil can be used as a hot oil treatment, on your wash day. You can add it to your hair mask for extra hydration.

The oil is a leave-in treatment.
Apply once a day or every other day for noticeable results.

Apply everyday while wearing protective styles such as braids, wigs, weaves, extensions, etc.

Use as much or little as you use need, use as a scalp massaging oil , or use as a hot oil treatment under a hair dryer, or hair steamer.
